This Satin bow is in the Mardi Gras colors adorned with Swarovski Crystal center and Mardi Gras feathers. The feathers stick up from the bow to make a crown effect. Make a topknot with latex band first. Then, clip the barrette into some of the hair below the band for a solid hold. If the hair is very thin, clip the barrette all the way around the topknot. French Barrette.
