Grosgrain ribbon is sewn onto 1" wide brown nylon webbing. The small collar adjusts from 8-13" and the med collar adjusts from 14-22" and features a contoured black side-release buckle and slide, and a heavy nickel d-ring. A sturdy hair elastic is securely sewn to the base of the felt flower. The hair elastic allows for non-slip positioning of the flower on the collar and easy removal of the flower so that the collar can be washed as needed. The fabric layer of the flower is backed with fusible interfacing to prevent fraying, but the fabric layer will fray a bit with natural wear and tear.
