Once an order is placed, no cancellations are accepted unless approved. SHIPPING INFORMATION: Paws on Palm Beach ships using the United States Postal Service for smaller packages, FEDEX for larger shipments. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses given, refused shipments, and/or unclaimed shipments. Typically, Standard Shipping orders usually ship within 5-15 business days, as many items are custom-made or ship out directly from the designer. Priority Shipping orders will ship in 1-3 business days provided the items are in stock. If not, priority shipping will be canceled and standard shipping charges will incur. You will be informed via email. Bulky/oversized/heavy items(furniture, dog food etc) shipments will incur additional shipping charges. We contact you via email with your additional shipping charges. PS. We recycle our shipping and packing materials/boxes. We ship orders with delivery confirmation/signature confirmation and insurance. If the USPS confirms the delivery with the delivery confirmation number, then the Paws on Palm Beach is not responsible thereafter. No shipping times are guaranteed but for express mail. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, PLEASE READ! As of January 18th, 2013 all international orders will have a minimum shipping charge of $34.95($24.95 for Canada) for priority international regardless of invoice shipping amount as those are U.S. prices - additional charges may incur depending on weight/size of the order. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages shipped using this method. If you prefer your order to be shipped express international, please inform us via email. Using this method with enable your package to be tracked/insured. Minimum charge is $49.95 depending on weight/size of the shipment. We cannot guarantee the shipping times for international orders as customs' can hold up a shipment. International Orders can take up to 8 weeks or more to arrive, so please be patient. Paws on Palm Beach is not responsible for any extra custom duties or fees incurred by the buyer's country. They are the buyer's responsibility.
RETURN POLICY: If for any reason you are displeased with your purchase, simply return the item(s) unused, unwashed, and resellable within 15 days after receiving your package for a full store credit only. No refunds of any kind are accepted. If the item is deemed not resellable, we cannot accept the return, that includes anything peed on or worn/used items.

When mailing back item(s), please enclose the packing slip that arrived with the shipment and a brief description of how you would like us to proceed with the store credit or exchange.
All store credits do not expire and will be honored on-line or in our retail boutique. Please keep in mind that we do not refund shipping charges and you will be charged for the return shipping charges on exchanges. Even if you received free shipping on your order, you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred with an exchange.
One sizing exchange is allowed per item. More than one exchange will incur a 15% restocking fee. Shoes are only exchangeable for other shoes sizes, no exceptions.
Please be advised: All returned merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and unused. Any clearance/sale, personalized, custom, or perishable orders will not be accepted for return.
Due to health reasons, no returns can be accepted on carriers, beds, strollers, carseats, or toys. We apologize for the inconvenience.
We recommend shipping your item back with some sort of tracking as we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages.
